If you still have questions then feel free to send us a support request. Support requests are answered in the order that they are received and you should generally receive an answer within 24 hours. Custom Support Services We also provide custom development and support services when needed. Be sure and let us know if you need additional help integrating our products into your applications or want a custom feature developed. The costs for these services is $150 per hour with a one hour minimum billed in 15 minute increments. A fixed price can also be quoted for larger projects.
