Summary
An XML based management application built to handle all jobs posted by MRI's over 5,000 recruiters out to job boards such as Monster.com, Headhunter.net and many others.

Challenge
MRI needed to develop a security based xml gateway that supports a wide variety of values both common to their internal systems and all potential job boards the system intends to support. This system must also provide validation feedback in real-time as well as provide an interface to manage the values.

Solution
The gateway SiteObjects developed was based on the HR-XML 1.0 specification to better standardize and to allow for future growth while maintaining legacy support. All jobs posted to the system are accepted in both real time and batch format via either ftp upload or http post providing real-time feed back for the latter method. Once jobs are accepted into the system then MRI is able to manage, manipulate, and view statistics of any job in the system. Every job in the system is then scheduled for an automated post to the job boards associated with it requiring no user intervention and providing reports upon success or failure.
