Management Recruiters International needed to create a fully automated recruiting tool that was able to locate and screen qualified candidates on the Internet.

Solution
SiteObjects built upon thier experience in building several other recruiting applications to create a truly one-of-a-kind tool. The web-based BrilliantSelect application was created the simplicity of a desktop application. The application was created using the SiteObjects Content Server technology as a foundation. Each separate module of the application was then created and integrated. The result was a very simple to use web based recruiting solution.
