Challenge
Management Recruiters International needed to create an online career portal to allow it's nearly 5,000 recruiters to showcase their job opportunities and attract potential candidates.

Solution
The SiteObjects team from worked closely with the staff of MRI to design the entire system from the ground up. A backend Intranet application called Recruiter Village was first created to allow recruiters to sign on and manage their profiles, jobs and candidates. After the successful internal launch of the Recruiter Village, work began on BrilliantPeople.com.  BrilliantPeople.com was designed to draw users into the site and to allow them to search for a recruiting professional, search and apply for jobs, create an online resume, create job agents. The result is a solid performing and scalable site that at times received in excess of 30,000 daily visitors.
